Medical Screening and Consent
Clinic screening with our staff to complete your medical evaluation and needed testing.
*Procreate CryoBank only accepts men who can provide specific medical and genetic information on themselves and their family members.
Sperm Donation Process in Detail
Apply Online
Begin your journey by completing our online application.
Physical Exam and Laboratory Testing
Undergo a comprehensive physical exam. Provide blood and urine samples to test for infectious diseases. Submit a semen sample for quality analysis.
Psychological Evaluation
Meet with a mental health provider to review your mental health history and receive counseling on the emotional aspects of donating sperm.
Sperm Donation
Schedule sperm donations. You will receive $200 upon the completion of your first four donations.
Follow Up Testing
Six months after your first four donations, provide blood and urine samples for genetic carrier screening and repeat infectious disease testing . If your test results are acceptable, you will receive $300 compensation.
Additional Donations
You can choose to stop donating after your first four donations or you can continue to donate at your convenience. You will be compensated $75 per additional donation. If you continue to make donations, you will be required to update your physical exam and infectious disease testing every six months.

Donating sperm is an extremely generous act that can provide the aide that is needed for a couple who is struggling with male infertility issues or an LGBT couple unable to start their family without a sperm donation.
Earn Extra Cash Monthly
- Sperm donors are compensated for their time and effort.
- Qualified donors will receive $500 during the first six months as a Procreate Cryobank Sperm Donor.
- Donors that continue to donate will be compensated $75 per donation.
Free Health Screenings
Get access to receive a free general health check during their time in our program and beyond. This includes a full physical, blood tests, and extensive genetic testing—all of which help with preventative care. A benefit of this process is that potential sperm donors are tested for a wide array of diseases and infections that otherwise might have gone undiagnosed if not for their interest in sperm donation.
